For the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 premiere Casey and I decided to make some cold butterbeer to drink while watching the movie.

I’m going to make this right now. I made this the same way after watching the film minus the ice. It was too sweet (like WAY too sweet, my throat dried up) with 1/2 cup butterscotch and 1 tablespoon of butter for person, so I think I’ll just cut it in half
